Job Details

FSRP is searching for a Family Team Meeting Facilitator. Candidate must have the ability to provide Care Coordination in our North and South Service area. Be self motivated and have the ability to work independently. This candidate will need excellent, communication, writing skills, time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with families and systems to coordinate and facilitate family focused meetings. Ability to engage and collaborate with community providers , legal professionals and clients. Good conflict resolution skills,solution focused and ability to represent First Resources positively. Professional dress will be required for the facilitation of meetings.

 

Job Classification:

  • Full-time - Salary Exempt: Hours vary depending on case requirements, days, weekends, and evenings.
  • Office hours required.
  • Requires travel

Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related filed preferred
  • Associates degree in related filed will be required
  • Must be Credentialed in Family Team Meeting Facilitation required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver license with a good driving record
  • Satisfactory results on background check pertaining to criminal and abuse registries
  • Experience in children and family services preferred. We will provide the training and tools that you need to be successful at First Resources Corporation.
