First Resources is co-sponsoring the Annual Recovery Rally on Sunday, September 27th. It will be held at the Jimmy Jones Shelter in the Greater Ottumwa Park. This free event is from 1-4 PM and is open to all families, individuals, support groups, and providers who support recovery.
