Welcome to the First Resources Corporation web site. We are a private,
nonprofit human service corporation. We offer a full range of programs
servicing people with disabilities, children and families in need, drug
and alcohol counseling for adults and mental health services for adults.
Mission Statement
The purpose of First Resources Corporation is to promote self-sufficiency
and interdependent living within the community. To this end, First
Resources Corporation utilizes community-based programs to provide
rehabilitative services with children, families and people with
disabilities.
In our efforts to achieve our mission, we will live and demonstrate the
following quality principles, in our interaction with people inside and
out side of First Resources Corporation.
Customer Satisfaction: First Resources Corporation desires to provide
services that are valued by the clients/individual's, families, funders
referral sources and the community. We will be efficient, effective and
sensitive to the needs of our various customers. We will solicit input
from out customers, and we will be rapid to respond.
Leadership: Driven by a clear mission, established values, and a firm
commitment to effectively meet the needs of our customers, we will
encourage attitudes and behaviors that promote cohesiveness and
teamwork. We shall maintain and atmosphere of consistency and trust.
Continuous Quality Improvement: We strive for outstanding service delivery
by continually improving. A commitment to training and development
provides our employees with knowledge and skills to improve outcomes of
service and process to achieve those outcomes.
Values Statement
First Resources Corporation exists to provide quality service delivery for
people based upon their individualized needs and desires. First
Resources Corporation exists within communities to enhance the abilities
of those served to be productive participating members of their families
and of their communities
