First Resources Corp. is a private, non-profit agency providing a variety of services throughout Southeast Iowa. First Resources Corp. (FRC) opened its doors in September 1987 as a not-for-profit agency serving people with disabilities. Since that time, services have expanded but still serve the same  mission.
